1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits may be made via approved payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, and HBL internet banking, subject to availability. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. jito 786 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources; all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Before a withdrawal is approved, jito 786 may conduct identity verification checks and review your account activity for compliance with these Terms. jito 786 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not had any login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. jito 786 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of 500 PKR per month to dormant accounts, deducted from any available balance. Players will be notified by registered email before any deduction is applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jito 786 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions, which are stated on the relevant promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before a withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates are specified on each promotion's detail page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jito 786 strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, systematically placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, jito 786 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and to close the account.

5.4 Welcome Bonus

New players at jito 786 may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available to new registrations only, one per household, one per device, and one per IP address. 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

jito 786 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed using system errors or erroneous odds, or bets that exceed applicable stake limits. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a booking reference or confirmation from the Platform.

6.2 Erroneous Odds

In the event that jito 786 publishes odds that are materially incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed error, the Company reserves the right to void all bets placed at such erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Players will be notified and their stakes returned.

6.3 Sportsbook Rules

Specific rules apply to different sports markets including cricket (including HBL PSL markets), football, kabaddi, and other sports available on jito 786. In all cases, the result declared by the relevant official governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board, FIFA, etc.) is final for settlement purposes.

6.4 Casino & Slots

All casino games, live dealer games, slot machines (including Jackpot Slots), Aviator, and other games available on jito 786 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is stated on the game's information page. Game rules are displayed within each game and form part of the terms of play.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jito 786 platform:

• Use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of a human player
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for financial gain without immediately reporting the issue to jito 786
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or betting on events where the player has inside information
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Creating accounts using false identity information or impersonating another person

Where prohibited conduct is detected, jito 786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets and bonuses, withhold or confiscate any balance, and report the activity to relevant authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Account Termination

By jito 786: jito 786 reserves the right to suspend or close a player account at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of, or reasonable suspicion of, breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage play, or other prohibited conduct. In the case of termination due to proven fraud or Terms breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited.

By the Player: You may request closure of your jito 786 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any genuine balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the wagering requirements have already been met.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jito 786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jito 786 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Changes take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific effective date is stated.
